In the article, in order to evaluate effect of various factors on oxidation process n-butane, a series experiments were conducted at temperature 170 ℃ for 58 hours with mixing reactants reactor speed 0.05 m amplitude 2s-1. Infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and powder X-ray diffraction data reported. According infrared when ratio tetra-Npropylammonium hydroxide/tetraethoxysilane is less than 0.085, it proved that main product mixture amorphous titanium(IV) oxide form silicon(IV) oxide. Powder samples also showed appearance peaks. change size catalyst particles observed as initial molar tetra-N-propylammonium hydroxide/tetraethylorthosilicate increases. As result study reaction rate, was productivity butanone-2 increased from 13.65% 30.85% conversion rate potassium permanganate solution 37.5 97.2% an increase 50 90 ℃. It should be noted tetra butyl titanatetetraethylorthosilicate xTiO 2 •(1-x)SiO (x=0.0001-0.04) 33% porosity obtained by aqueous solutions temperatures above 100 pressures 1 atmosphere. ) has significant catalyst.
